Escape the library, the laboratory and the observatory, then crack the vault. Each right answer opens a lock at once: padlock wheels roll, drawers slide, lasers die and bolts shoot back.
Included in every Prep4All plan. Grand Prix is free to try first.

Escape Room is a race through three locked rooms, the library, the laboratory and the observatory, and then the vault. A round is 13 locks with one question each, and each room leans on one topic: word problems, algebra or BODMAS. The vault’s four ring locks ask harder questions and go first to any topic still missing, so every round covers all three.
A wrong answer gets a ‘Denied’ stamp: the game explains the trap, then a spare key opens the lock so the escape carries on. The escape clock only sets a time bonus and never ends the game. Questions get harder after three right in a row and easier after two misses in a row, and the escape review at the end works through every trap.
Questions from the game, for you to try together. Have a go before opening the answer.
Work out 58 − (8 + 10) ÷ 3
52 — Brackets: 8 + 10 = 18. Divide and multiply: 18 ÷ 3 = 6. Add and subtract: 58 − 6 = 52. The answer is 52.
Yusuf buys 3 mugs at £4 each and pays with a £50 note. Which calculation gives the change?
50 − 3 × 4 — Multiply first (the cost), then take it from 50: 50 − 3 × 4 = 38.
