The Prep4All library
Everything your students need is already here
Prep4All is the platform families use for the 11+. In your workspace the whole library is one shelf away: set any of it as homework for a child or a class in two clicks (up to three Prep4All tasks a week per child for free), and a family subscription or a seat opens all of it to the child at home.

Key the answers to a paper you own once. The child works from the paper in front of them and types the answers in; Prep4All marks it, tags it by topic and feeds the heatmap. Or let the child check their own, or photograph it for you to mark.
Printable packs with answer grids
Pick the topics and print a worksheet, an answer key and an answer grid. The child enters the answers on screen, or sits the same pack online; the results come back into the same view as everything else.

Take the register on a phone, note what was covered. Attendance reaches the parent update, the termly report and the certificate by itself.
Parents, updates and reports
Invite a parent by email in one tap, or they scan the code on the login card. Their login is free: homework, progress, mock results, Friday updates and termly reports drafted from real marks and sent only when you say. From there they can unlock the whole platform for home with your code.
A family portal, not an inbox
Every report, Friday update, mock result and announcement you send is also kept in the parent’s own Prep4All account, PDF and all, beside this week’s homework, attendance, goals and how the child is doing. No more “can you resend the report?”. On the child’s page you see what each family opened.
Goals and stars
Up to three goals per child (“Ratio to 75% by half term”, “Finish every task for four weeks”) that measure themselves from the work, and a star with a reason in one tap, for one child or the whole class. The child sees both on their homework page; the family sees them at home.
Announcements
Term dates, a cancelled lesson, the next mock: one message to a class or every family, kept in their accounts and emailed once per parent. You see how many opened it. One-way on purpose: replies come to your email, so there is no parent chat to moderate.
Staff logins
Owner and teacher roles, invited with a code. A teacher sees only the classes they are given; the owner sees everything.
Owner overview and activity log
How the children are covered, teacher activity, class health, children at risk, a Monday insight email, and every change logged with who made it.
Exports, data and access arrangements

Every organisation has one, printed on the parent invitations and login cards. A family who subscribes with it gets 20% off their first payment, and your workspace shows how many families have come through it. Nothing is charged to you and nothing is owed to you; the code is simply the family's way in through you.
In their own free Prep4All account, and by email too. Reports, Friday updates, mock result sheets and announcements are kept there as they were sent, with the PDF, beside the child’s homework this week, attendance, goals, stars and progress over eight weeks. A parent who links later finds everything from before. You see on each child’s page what the family opened, and can withdraw anything sent by mistake.
From their own free Prep4All account, linked to the child. The invitation email has a one-tap link, and the login card carries a parent code and QR. On the website they choose monthly (£15) or annual (£90) and pay by card; your code is applied for them, so the first payment is 20% less, after the usual 7-day free trial. The subscription is theirs: they cancel any time from their account, and nothing is charged to you. The Prep4All mobile app cannot take the code, so the page they land on says to subscribe on the website.
Everything you set: every piece of homework is open, your own material has no limit, and up to three Prep4All tasks a week count as homework. What a family subscription adds is the part the child does on their own: browsing lessons, practice tests and mocks outside what you set, their own planner and AI-marked writing. The child sees a locked preview of that with the parent code; the parent’s free login shows progress and a subscribe button carrying your code.

Yes. The workspace itself costs nothing, so there is nothing to invoice for it. A school or centre that wants us to cover children is invoiced on 30-day terms once we have agreed the number and the price, and children added during the year are charged for the months left.
Your students’ data is yours. You are the controller and we act as processor on your instructions, hosting on AWS in the UK and EU. A data processing agreement is accepted at sign-up and schools can request a signed copy along with our DPIA. You can export your data at any point and delete it when you leave, and we do not train models on it.
