Your material too

Bring what you already teach with

Your paper past papers, your worksheets, your prompts. On the same platform, marked the same way, in the same heatmap as ours.

Custom tasks

A note with an optional link, ticked off by hand. “Read chapter 3 of your Bond book” takes thirty seconds to set.

Answer grids for paper past papers

The child works from the paper in front of them and types the answers in. Auto-marked, topic-tagged and straight into the heatmap. No copyrighted page is ever hosted or uploaded.

Printable packs with QR answer grids

Pick the topics and print a worksheet, an answer key and a QR-coded answer grid. The results come back into the same view as everything else.

Worksheet uploads

Your own PDFs and images, with an upload attestation, a virus scan, private storage and a retention setting you control.

Custom quizzes

Typed, imported from a spreadsheet, or extracted from your own worksheet, then approved by you before any child sees it. Per-question analytics either way.

Custom writing prompts

Set your own title or stimulus. The same AI marking and the same 30-point rubric apply, and you review before the child sees a mark.

Private to your licence. Shareable with your own staff. There is no marketplace.

Built for teaching

A workspace that runs your week

Not a homework add-on. Enrolment, planning, marking, tracking, parents and staff in one place, with AI doing the drafting.

Roster and seats

Paste your list or upload your spreadsheet, print the login slips, assign seats. Archive a leaver and the seat is free again.

Groups

Saturday 9am, Tuesday ISEB, Year 5 GL. Set or repeat a week for a whole group, and see at a glance who is behind.

Auto Planner and schemes of work

A personalised week per child from their weak topics and exam date, with the reason for every pick shown. Save a week as a template; build a term as a scheme.

Marking inbox

Everything that marks itself already has. What needs you arrives in one queue with a draft attached: a feedback comment, or a suggested mark with a reason and a quotation.

Group heatmap

Children by topics, your material and ours in one grid. Click a cell to see the exact wrong answers behind the number, and the misconception they share.

Cohort mock sittings

Schedule a window for a group, hold the results, then release a report with rank, percentile and question-level review the same day.

Parent accounts and reports

Every parent can have their own login to see homework, progress, mock results and the reports you approve. Weekly updates and termly reports are drafted from real marks and sent only when you say.

Staff logins

Owner and teacher roles. A teacher sees only the groups they are given, with multi-factor sign-in.

Owner dashboard

Seats used, teacher activity, group health, children at risk and enquiries in one view.

Exports

Any group view as a spreadsheet, a per-child export, and the whole licence when you leave.

Access arrangements

Extra time, rest breaks, overlays, font size and a hidden timer, set per child by you and applied everywhere the child works.

AI audit log

Every draft, edit and approval recorded, with per-feature controls and a no-training guarantee on your data.

What it has to do

Enrol a class in five minutes

Paste your list, print the login slips, assign seats. Saturday’s group is on the platform before Saturday.

Bulk enrolment from a pasted list or your own spreadsheet, with year, board, exam date and target schools

Printable credential slips, and QR login cards for younger children

Named groups and a group workspace — the Saturday class set once, then set every week

Our position on AI

AI that works for the teacher

Feedback comments, parent updates, termly reports and lesson outlines are drafted from real marks, with a reason and a quotation behind every suggestion. You edit, you approve, and every draft and approval is logged. There is no AI chat tutor for children, and there will not be one.

What we refuse to build

This list is part of the product, not a disclaimer. It is written down so you can hold us to it.

No AI chat tutor for children

No AI-only subjective marking without a human path

Nothing child-facing unreviewed

No pass/fail predictions

No AI near safeguarding notes

No auto-sent parent messages

No behaviour/emotion profiling of minors

No unreviewed AI worked solutions

Who it is for

Three settings, one platform

Three quite different weeks — and the same set of jobs underneath them.

Independent tutor

Your Saturday groups on one roster.

The whole library set as homework in two clicks.

Marking done in the week, parents updated on Friday without typing.

Tuition centre

Every teacher on the same scheme of work.

An owner’s view of every class.

Branded reports, mock days with same-day results, and a parent login that keeps families with you.

School

Class lists in minutes, staff logins with multi-factor sign-in, invoice billing, a signed data processing agreement and a safeguarding statement.

In lessons on the projector, at home as homework, and in the data meeting on Monday.

Questions

Questions educators ask

Everything on Prep4All: lessons, topic exercises, timed practice tests, online mock exams, comprehension passages and mock papers, creative writing with AI marking, vocabulary, fun lessons, flash cards, games, the FSCE Compass tests and the ISEB Pre-Test engine, plus the educator workspace around it. There are no add-ons.

GL, CSSE and FSCE across Maths, English, verbal and non-verbal reasoning; the ISEB Pre-Test for independent senior schools with its own adaptive-style player; FSCE’s science, geography and history through the Compass tests; and CAT4 practice, which is coming. Every child carries their own board, so a mixed group works from one roster.

Yes. Answer grids let a child work from a paper past paper and type the answers in; we mark them, tag them by topic and feed them into the same heatmap as our own material, without hosting a copyrighted page. Printable packs, custom tasks, worksheet uploads, custom quizzes and custom writing prompts round it out, and your material stays inside your licence.

Yes. You create the children yourself and hand out a printed login slip for each one, so nobody waits on a parent. Parents can then have their own Prep4All account linked to their child, to see homework, progress, mock results and the reports you approve. There is no messaging in either direction.

No. Every AI feature drafts for the teacher: feedback comments, parent updates, reports and lesson outlines. You edit and approve before anything reaches a child, and every draft, edit and approval is written to an audit log. There is no AI chat tutor for children, and there will not be one.

Yes. Owner and teacher roles are part of the licence: a teacher sees only the groups they are given, and staff accounts use multi-factor sign-in.

Yes. Online mock exams are included with every seat. Cohort mock sittings add the group layer: schedule a window, hold every result until you are ready, then release a report with rank, percentile and question-level review on the same day.

Yes. Schools can pay by invoice against a purchase order on 30-day terms, with VAT shown, and we quote per pupil or for the whole school. Tutors and centres pay by card.

Your students’ data is yours. You are the controller and we act as processor on your instructions, hosting on AWS in the UK and EU. A data processing agreement is accepted at sign-up and schools can request a signed copy along with our DPIA. You can export your data at any point and delete it when you leave, and we do not train models on it.

The platform is: families use Prep4All today for lessons, practice, online mock exams and AI-marked writing, and the Homework Zone already runs weekly plans and groups for tutors. The educator licence and the workspace around it are being built now, and the order we build in is shaped by the tutors, centres and schools who talk to us. Request a demo to see it and tell us what your setting needs.

Request a demo

Tell us how you teach now and we will show you the parts that would change it. No obligation, and a reply from a person within one working day.

What happens next

1.A 30-minute call

We look at your week as it is now: how many children, which boards, what you set, what you mark and what you send to parents.

2.A walkthrough of the workspace

We show you the educator workspace on the call, built around your kind of setting: a tutor’s Saturday groups, a centre’s teachers, a school’s classes.

3.You shape what we build first

What you tell us goes straight into the build order. When your setting is ready to start, we set the licence up with you rather than leaving you with a sandbox.
