The Trafford Grammar Schools Consortium uses GL Assessment. The exam consists of two one-hour papers taken on the same day, covering Maths, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning in a multiple-choice format. The standardised qualifying score is 334 or above.
